The Blue Jackets lost more than a game when they blew a 3-0 lead after one period in a 5-3 loss Saturday night at Buffalo. They also lost a chance to stay even with Pittsburgh for second place in the Metropolitan Division.
The Jackets play tonight at Philadelphia, trailing PIttsburgh by 2 points and Washington by 3 in the standings. And the CBJ's cushion on the Rangers is not very big.
