Staying in range

The Blue Jackets were momentarily tied with Washington atop the Metropolitan Division -- and all of the NHL's point standings -- on Saturday after a 3-2 overtime win against the Islanders.

Washington pulled back in front of the CBJ's 98 points with a victory at Tampa on Saturday night, so the Caps have 100 points as the Jackets head to New Jersey for a 1 p.m. Saturday game against the Devils.
