Larry Gross, CFO of Bath Fitter

After getting his degree in industrial engineering at University of Michigan in 1998, Larry Gross’ Navy ROTC background led him to a commission as Ensign. He served in the Navy for 6 years in San Diego where he toured as Auxiliary Officer onboard USS Ogden and Administrative Officer onboard USS George Phillips. During a shore tour at Point Loma, he received his MBA from San Diego State University. He chose to move to Columbus to expand his family business, Bath Fitter, after transitioning out of the Navy in 2004.

Since then, Larry and his partners have grown their businesses from 28M to 177M in annual revenue. With over 600 employees, they have three main revenue generators among various other small businesses. These three main businesses include Bath Fitter, Kitchen Saver, and Marvin, a window replacement system. Smaller business ventures include a finance company, e-commerce in custom kitchen doors, commercial real estate, and home building. Larry’s primary role today focuses on strategy, marketing and business development both for the existing businesses and new ventures.

In his personal time you can find him spending time with his two sons, traveling and staying active with skiing and golf. He also enjoys reading to enhance the financial and economic sphere of his businesses.
