U2 Being Sued For Allegedly Stealing Song

26 years ago Bono and the boys of U2 made a song called "The Fly" for their album "Achtung Baby." Now 26 years later has it come out that they stole the song?

Hmmm...British guitarist Paul Rose is just now seeking royalties from the band, as he says they stole from an instrumental he put out called "Nae Slappin" released that same year.

Rose just filed a lawsuit asking for $5 million in damages and a songwriting credit. Is that all?? WOW!

He says the band heard his demo back in 1989 over at Island Records after Rose sent it to the label.

So, why did he wait so long to say something? Rose apparently says he was worried that it would have been a career-ruiner for him.

Hmmm...check out the two songs below and see what you think!
