My Chem's Frank Iero Says Fans Need To Respect Band's Boundaries

I'm going to start by saying I love music, and meeting the musicians I love...yet I don't know how people don't understand they're also regular people! 

How do fans think it's okay to stalk people?

Very recently Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie had to change the location of his house because of stalkers and now THIS.

The fact that band's have to do things like this is unreal, but former My Chemical Romance member Frank Iero just wrote an open letter to fans about respecting boundaries. Apparently it's become very dangerous to him and his new band Frank Iero And The Patience as they tour Russia.
