This new Foo Fighters album, "Concrete And Gold," just keeps on getting bigger and bigger.
Frontman Dave Grohl has been revealing the names of special guests appearing on the album, and now he's shared one more...and it's a Beatle!
In addition to the already announced guests, it's now been revealed that his friend Paul McCartney will also be on there for a track described as “Motorhead’s version of Sgt. Pepper’s… or something like that.”
In talking about the collab with ET Canada, Dave said:
“Paul McCartney plays drums on one of our songs. He’s a pal. We’ve known him for a long. He’s great. He’s the most wonderful person in the world. He’s a great guy.”
The band added:
“He hadn’t even heard of the song. He comes in and Dave picked up an acoustic and showed him real quick. He sat on his special drum set that his tech set up for him. I sat there with a drumstick conducting. He did two takes.”
That's pretty sick, right?
It still doesn't answer the question of who the "biggest pop star in the world" is that Dave said is providing vocals though! Who is it??
