Panic! At The Disco frontman, and mastermind, Brendon Urie has been an ally for people in the LGBTQ community for a while now. The singer/songwriter not only has released songs on his support, he's also been open about his sexuality as well.
Now in a new interview with Paper, Brendon has delved deeper to come out as pansexual. Brendon says that while he's married to a woman, he's also attracted to men. It's not gender that he sees, rather it's people.
“I’m married to a woman and I’m very much in love with her but I’m not opposed to a man because to me, I like a person. Yeah I guess you could qualify me as pansexual because I really don’t care. If a person is great, then a person is great. I just like good people, if your heart’s in the right place. I’m definitely attracted to men. It’s just people that I am attracted to.”
I love that Brendon has shared this with fans, especially those that think other people may not understand what they're going through.
