Maroon 5 Headlining Super Bowl Halftime Show

While the Super Bowl is very much about football, it's also all about the Halftime Show as well. Every year the aim is to make it bigger!

While classic rock bands/artists used to be the ones to headline, lately it's been a much bigger draw to get more pop stars like Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and more!

So who will be taking the big stage to headline next year's show?

Well, it's just been announced that Maroon 5 will be playing the halftime show which will take place February 3rd, 2019 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

They say with recent collaborations between the band and hip-hop stars like Cardi B and Kendrick Lamar, there's definitely good possibilities for onstage guests which the show has been known for in the past.

What do you think of this choice? While I'm not totally against Maroon 5 (and still really enjoy their first album), I wish we could get a little more rockin' halftime show...like what about the Foo Fighters?? Just my opinion of course!

Now the bigger question is which teams will be involved in the big game?
