If you were a kid growing up in the 90's, Nickelodeon's sketch comedy show All That was everything, right?
Well, Nick has just announced they're reviving the series, which was basically a Saturday Night Live aimed at kids, for a new generation with a new cast! On board as an executive producer this time around is an original cast member who also went on to star on SNL: Keenan Thompson!
The show originally ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2005, and new episodes will be coming to TV this summer!
“We think there’s a great opportunity to find the next pool of stars,” said Nickelodeon president Brian Robbins, who co-created the original series. “We want to bring the show back in a real fun way. This summer, we are going to bring back a lot of the original cast and the cast through the years, and let them introduce the new cast of All That to the world.”
He also added that the new show will be “a sort of mash-up of some of the old sketches and a lot of new sketches."
Of being a producer Keenan says, “It means everything to me. It was my first job that I ever had. It gave me an opportunity.”
I can't wait to see which original stars return for the show. Remember this was a show that launched the careers of starts like Kel Mitchell, Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, and more!
While you wait to see what the new show has in store, relive the old theme song which you probably remember all the words to:
