Chester Bennington. On Depression.

 I hate it for Chester's family, friends and fans who may be going through some of the same things he was going through. I think his words in this piece hold true for more of us than we care to admit, IF you listen to this and you feel like Chester is explaining, please take a breath. Realize that ALL of us can feel this way, and in my opinion, it doesn't hurt to talk to someone.

We can only assume that dealing with the loss of his friend Chris Cornell was the factor which pushed Chester too far over the edge, on Chris's birthday. Let's break that cycle.
